Agent-level social media inside a luxury brand system
Client: LIV Sotheby’s International Realty — Agent Partnership
Services: Social Media Management, Creative Content & Production
The studio manages social media for individual LIV Sotheby's agents — personal brands with real voice, held to a luxury brokerage's standard.
The brief
Real estate agents live and die by personal brand, but they are also operating inside one of the most recognizable luxury names in the business. Post too generically and the agent disappears into the brokerage. Post too loosely and the work stops looking like Sotheby's.
Most agents also have no time. Listings, showings, and clients come first, and social becomes the thing that slips — which is exactly the channel their referral network watches.
The approach
The studio runs social media management per agent, not per office. Each agent gets their own content plan built around their market, their price band, and the way they actually talk.
Listing content is the spine — property features, new-to-market announcements, just-sold posts — produced to a consistent editorial standard so every agent's grid holds together at a glance. Around that sits the personal layer: market perspective, neighborhood context, and the agent on camera in the settings where they work.
Everything is written and designed inside the brand's luxury guardrails. The studio handles the calendar, production, publishing, and engagement so the agent's only job is showing up for capture.
The results
Participating agents post consistently instead of sporadically, with feeds that look intentional next to the brokerage's own channels. The per-agent model has scaled across multiple agents without the content flattening into templates, and social has become a dependable part of how those agents stay visible between transactions.
