Turning a neon sign business into a social-first brand
Client: Meon Neon Custom Signs
Services: Social Media Management, Creative Content & Production
Meon Neon makes custom neon by hand. The studio built the content system that puts that craft in front of the people commissioning it.
The brief
Meon Neon needed a stronger social media presence that showcased the impact and versatility of custom signage while making the brand feel more approachable and memorable. The goal was to create content that could communicate their expertise, highlight different signage solutions, and give potential business customers a reason to stop scrolling and learn more.
The approach
The studio took over social media management end to end: strategy, capture, editing, writing, scheduling, and community response.
I developed a social-first content strategy built around a mix of educational, promotional, and personality-driven content. The content focused on showing signage in real business settings, breaking down common signage questions, and using relatable concepts and short-form video to make a B2B brand feel more engaging. The strategy was designed to build brand awareness, demonstrate expertise, and position Meon Neon as a go-to signage partner for businesses.
Captions carry the brand's voice: direct, a little irreverent, never corporate. Inbound DMs and comments route into the studio's response workflow so commission inquiries never sit unanswered.
The results
Meon Neon now publishes on a reliable weekly rhythm across platforms, with a content bank that keeps building rather than draining. The account reads like a shop with a point of view instead of an occasional product dump, and social has become a real front door for custom commission conversations. The studio has managed the channel continuously since the engagement began.
